What we collect
When you order, we collect the details needed to complete it, such as your name, email address, delivery address or pickup details, and any handwritten message you request. Our payment provider handles your payment information. If you join our text list, we collect your first name, mobile number, ZIP code, and consent to receive texts. We also receive information you send through our feedback form.
How we use and share it
We use your details to process payments, prepare orders, arrange pickup or shipping, send order emails, and respond to you. We share only the information needed with service providers that help us do those things, such as payment, shipping, email, and text-messaging providers. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing. Your consent to receive text messages is not shared or sold to third parties for marketing. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Texts and your choices
If you opt in, we may text you about routes, neighborhood stops, and order updates. You can reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can still buy from us without joining the text list. You can contact us about your information or ask to update it at jo@saltedbakeshop.com.
